Delivery Information
Packaging
Our parcels are delivered in plain packaging which show no visible logos or brand names. Your order is packed into a plain padded envelope/box, which is then sealed into a plain mailing bag.
Courier
We deliver all parcels using An Post. Your parcel will not show Lustiny as the sender’s name, it will display LSY Ireland. If you have concerns about the privacy of your delivery, or perhaps are concerned that someone at your delivery address may open the delivery on your behalf, then we suggest having your order delivered to Parcel Motel for guaranteed privacy.
Charges
We strive to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. Orders over the value of €40 will be delivered free of charge within the Republic of Ireland. International deliveries are charged at a set rate. This rate varies depending on location and the final cost is displayed at check out. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. A signature will be required for all deliveries.
Please be advised that should you make amendments to your delivery directly with An Post after it has left us, Lustiny is no longer liable for your parcel, and you will need to contact An Post yourself to resolve any issues.
Delivery Area
Lustiny deliver within Ireland & the EU only.
Delivery takes 2-3 days; some items are available for next day delivery. International deliveries take no more than 7-10 working days.
