Yes, delivery is very discreet. Each order is packaged into a plain padded envelope which is then sealed into a plain mailing bag for extra security.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery will be overnight but can take up to 2-3 working days max. Should we encounter a longer delivery time during busy times (i.e Christmas, Valentines) you will be contacted directly to advise of any delay.
Can I track my order?

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use An Post. An Post will also text you on the day of delivery with an estimated shipping time.
Can I get my order sent to a different delivery address than my billing address?
Yes, we can deliver to any address you like. During your checkout process, you will be asked to supply both your billing and shipping address separately so you can deliver to anywhere you choose.
What will appear on my bank statement?
To ensure complete discreetness on your bank statement, Lustiny Ireland will not appear on your statement. What will appear for your transaction will just be LSY.
Do you ship to Parcel Motel?
Yes, we are happy to ship to a parcel motel address, you must be registered as a parcel motel customer and provide your PM number on your order form. Parcel Motel is a paid registered service with Nightline, please ensure you are a registered customer and you provide the correct Parcel Motel address and PM number. Whilst we are happy to ship to Parcel Motel, we cannot accept Parcel Motel as a billing address, the billing address must be your correct address of the card you are using to purchase.
