Returning something to us
If you are not entirely happy with an item you have purchased from us, you can return it within 28 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to exchange your items or refund you. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
There are a few items that are excluded from our Returns & Refund Policies and are not eligible for a return or refund due to hygiene reasons, these are:
- Sex Toys, where the packaging/box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty.
- Thongs & Briefs Lingerie, which have been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed.
- Hosiery which has been opened, used, or where the seals have been broken.
- Swimwear/Bikini bottoms are non-returnable once the original packaging has been opened.
Our 3 Step Returns Procedure
Step One: Read our returns policy in full online (ie. this web page).
Step Two: Submit an online returns form. A member of our team will then contact you.
Step Three: Return items to us
** Returned items will be tested and processed on return. Should your returned items not meet our returns policy, these items will be returned to you and your return will be denied.
** Any items returned without correct information inside the package, will be deemed in dispute and cannot be processed for return.
Returning Your Items
Please ensure your items are packaged into a sealed envelope/package. So we can process your return, please include a copy of your invoice/order details, or a little note to mention your name so we know who it's from. We do advise you obtain proof of postage when returning a package to us.
Returning a faulty item
The return of faulty items is free. Should your item be faulty when it arrives, or become faulty after, please submit your returns form and a member of our team will be in touch.
Please note that faulty items will be tested on return to confirm a fault. Should the product not be faulty, it will be returned to you.
